Abstract:
This update of CMAA's popular research study reports on CM/PM fees analyzed in terms of project type, owner type, region, project size, project delivery method, incentives/award fees, sustainability goals, and other factors. It provides valuable context for both owners and service providers in negotiating the terms of their contracts. The study examines about 240 projects reported by more than 160 organizations, including owners, CM/PM firms, architecture/engineering firms, and others providing CM/PM services.
