The findings cited in this report are based on a study that gathered information on programs and projects in construction management/program management (CM/PM), with a particular focus upon fees in this industry.

The report analyzes CM/PM fees by fee type, project location, delivery method, organization type, construction sector, enterprise certifications, project type, incentives/award fees, sustainability/resiliency goals, and other factors. It provides valuable context for both owners and service providers in negotiating the terms of their contracts. Most results are based on the 269 respondents responsible for buying and/or providing CM/PM services in their primary employment as of January 1, 2023, including owners, CM/PM firms, architecture/engineering firms, and others providing CM/PM services.
